Wildberries CPC daily limits: protect margin before raising spend

A campaign can grow orders and still make the seller worse off. WB API added GET and PUT /api/advert/v0/daily-limits for CPC campaign daily limits, available to Personal or Service tokens with the Promotion scope. GET /api/advert/v1/config now supplies minDailyLimit, the provider’s minimum daily limit regardless of campaign bids.

Before raising a limit, calculate the contribution of the promoted SKU after discount, cost of goods, commission, logistics, returns and advertising. A campaign average may hide one unprofitable item being subsidized by another. Compare the desired cap against minDailyLimit; do not infer the platform minimum only from a bid.

Track the configured daily limit, spend so far, remaining campaign budget and pace. If a campaign consumes its limit by midday without improved orders or contribution, investigate bids, conversion and the product card before simply increasing the cap.

Separate observation from write permission. A safe workflow proposes a change, lets an authorized seller approve it, and records old and new values, initiator, time, provider response and reason. Do not retry provider validation errors indefinitely.

ProfitVena can help analyze advertising spend beside SKU sales and margin. Technical work on daily-limit monitoring is being updated; automatic budget writes should never be assumed available without seller approval. ProfitVena is part of Wicsora. Start with a promotion-margin check.
