Ozon’s digest, delivered by email or MAX, includes more than 20 measures: impressions, units sold, order conversion, buyout rate, FBO replenishment, FBS error index, price index and promotional sales share. It also reports the previous day’s sales, accruals and profit, promotion-attributed orders and sales, and advertising cost share. An Administrator or Manager can enable it under account management and analytics reports.
Use a short reading order. First check operational risk: potential stockouts and FBS errors. Then separate demand problems into visibility, conversion, buyout and availability. Next inspect accruals, profit and advertising share, noting each metric’s date, freshness and calculation definition. Finally assign an owner and a next check to each anomaly.
For example, if ad spending rose but promoted SKU orders did not, investigate bids, listing quality and margin before raising the budget. Yesterday’s profit is an early signal: later returns, documents and adjustments may change the final result.
