Ozon FBS dispatch timing changes: what to check before 6 October

Ozon says it will begin phasing out the recommended FBS dispatch slot on 6 October 2026, together with the discounts and penalties tied to that slot. Under the new approach, the discount depends on the dispatch time the seller sets and whether the seller meets it. Ozon plans to notify affected sellers before their accounts move. The date alone does not prove that your account has switched.

First, find your own account notice and record its effective date. Next, measure actual order-to-handover time across ordinary and peak days. A shorter promise is not profitable if the warehouse misses it or needs an expensive extra shift. Compare available settings against Ozon’s current tariff table; do not rely on a copied percentage from another account.

After the switch, retain the configured time, promised cutoff, actual handover and realized discount. Treat the discount shown in a forecast as provisional until it appears in Ozon’s financial reports. Keep pre-transition orders under the old rules.
